    These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the "Quick Invoice & Estimate App" mobile application ("App") operated by Galactic Solutions LLC, Seattle, Washington, United States.

    The App is a business tool intended for use by adults (e.g. freelancers and small businesses). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Use of the App

    You may use the App for lawful business or personal purposes only. You are responsible for all data you create, upload, or manage within the App (including invoices, estimates, and client data).

    2. Accounts and Guest Use

    • You may use the App without creating an account (guest mode).
    • Creating an account enables cloud backup and synchronization.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    3. Subscriptions and Free Trial

    The App offers:

    • A free limited version
    • Paid subscription plans
    • Free Trial

    A free trial may be offered where payment details are required.

    • No charges will be made during the trial period.
    • If the subscription is not canceled before the trial ends, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
    • Trial duration is defined by App Store / Google Play policies and may vary.

    4. Billing and Payments

    • Payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play.
    • Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your platform account (Settings on iOS or Google Play Store on Android).
    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
    • We do not control billing cycles, pricing changes, or refunds. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store or Google Play in accordance with their policies.
    • If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
    • Price changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

    5. User Responsibilities

    You agree not to:

    • Use the App for illegal activities
    • Upload false, misleading, or unlawful content
    • Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the App

    You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices and estimates generated.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, design, and branding, belong to Galactic Solutions LLC. You retain ownership of your own data.

    7. Termination

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
    • You may terminate your account at any time through the App.

    8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Galactic Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

    • Your use or inability to use the App
    • Any conduct or content of third parties on the App
    • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
    • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
    • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App

    In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
