    1.2 Payment Information

    All payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store full payment card details. Payment data is handled directly by Apple or Google.

    1.3 Automatically Collected Information

    We may collect limited technical information necessary for app operation and support, such as:

    • Crash reports
    • General device and app performance data

    This data does not directly identify you.

    2. Guest Mode and Local Storage

    The App can be used without registration. In this case:

    • All data is stored locally on your device using local storage.
    • If the app is deleted or device storage is cleared, data may be permanently lost.
    • We are not responsible for data loss in guest mode.

    3. Cloud Storage (Firebase)

    If you create an account:

    • Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase.
    • Data is synchronized across your devices.
    • Firebase is used solely to provide core app functionality (storage and authentication).

    • Provide and maintain the App
    • Create and manage user accounts
    • Store and display invoices, estimates, and client data
    • Enable PDF export functionality

    • Apple or Google: For payment processing through App Store or Google Play. These platforms handle payment data according to their own privacy policies.
    • Firebase (Google): We use Google Firebase for cloud storage and authentication. Firebase may process your data in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Data may be stored on servers located in the United States or other countries where Google operates.
    • RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may receive identifiers and purchase-related data to provide subscription and entitlement services. This data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties for marketing.
    • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
    • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

    6. Data Retention

    • Guest users: data remains only on the device
    • Registered users: data is retained until you delete it or delete your account
    • You can delete your account and associated data directly in the App

    The App is a business tool intended for use by adults (e.g. freelancers and small businesses). It is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
